In this work the author reviews the tendencies in the formation of new safety system in Europe. In his view, this formation shows the decrease in the USA influence, and in strengthening the position of the European Union. Roles of France, Germany and Russia in making the safety system more Europe-oriented are considered separetely.
In this article the author consideres the struggle for the influence and resources of Caspian region, the third largest oil reservoir. The Caspian costs are viewed as the zone of strategic interests of USA, Russia, China, Turkey, Iran and other countries, thus the positions of the Miniseries of Foreign affairs of these countries are of special interest.
